About Founder

Danish Shamim is a globally experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur, with over 12 years of international exposure across hospitality, luxury management, and property advisory.

His professional journey began in hospitality with Aviation, where he spent several years mastering service excellence, discipline, and people management at a global standard. He later moved to London and New York, working closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and managing premium assets, networks, and relationships at the highest level. During his time in New York, he was involved in multiple high-value real estate transactions in prime locations, gaining deep exposure to mature, regulated property markets.

In 2020, recognizing Dubai’s emergence as a global investment hub, Danish relocated to the UAE and entered the real estate industry. Over the next four and a half years, he played a key leadership role in scaling one of Dubai’s prominent brokerages—growing alongside the company from a small team to a large organization—while transacting over AED 700 million worth of real estate across residential, off-plan, and investment segments.

Consistently recognized for performance, leadership, and team building, Danish became known not only for closing deals, but for mentoring agents, building systems, and creating winning cultures.
